Banana Nutella Wontons (3 Ingredient!)


Banana + Nutella. We all know this combination is one of the best duos in the history of desserts. We also know that anything deep fried is automatically good, although not good for your health, still automatically good on the taste buds. These Banana Nutella Wontons are outrageously simple and easy to make, using only 3 ingredients! Wonton wrappers, which can be found at most grocery stores, Nutella, and bananas. Fool proof! 



Start with the wonton wrapper. Lay it diagonally. Add just a half of a teaspoon of nutella and a couple pieces of diced bananas. Dip your finger tip into some water and wet the edges of the diamond. Fold the top of the diamond downward. And seal the wonton, pushing out all of the air out from the inside.





Deep fry at 350 degrees F for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flipping them halfway. A dusting of powdered sugar would make them look uber classy! Let them cool a couple minutes before biting into them. Filling will be very hot! 






The filling can always be switched up. You could even do peanut butter and banana wontons, or chocolate chips with strawberries. Or even savory wontons like sausage, egg, and cheese! What kind of dessert or savory wontons would you make?

Ingredients (makes 16 wontons)
  • 1 Banana, diced
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 pkg Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • Oil for frying
Instructions

  3. Heat frying oil to 350 degrees F.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
